Yes. The Watch Stand offer free worldwide shipping with UPS. Normal delivery time is 4-5 days. We send the product from Sweden. which is a country within the European Union (EU). Tax/import fees might occur if you are based outside of EU. Please check your local import legislation for further information. The Watch Stand does not cover any additional tax/import fees.
Our return policy allows you to return The Watch Stand for ANY reason within 14 days of having received it with money back (return shipping fee not included). The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at orders@thewatchstand.com as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.
Orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day following approval by our fraud detection system. If you placed your order over the weekend, it should ship by Monday. Once your order ships, you should receive an automated shipping confirmation from us.
