Yes. The Watch Stand offer free worldwide shipping with UPS. Normal delivery time is 4-5 days. We send the product from Sweden. which is a country within the European Union (EU). Tax/import fees might occur if you are based outside of EU. Please check your local import legislation for further information. The Watch Stand does not cover any additional tax/import fees.
Our return policy allows you to return The Watch Stand for ANY reason within 14 days of having received it with money back (return shipping fee not included). The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at orders@thewatchstand.com as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.

This is a well constructed watch stand . It can easily accomodate 4 watches and is definitely sturdy in design overall . It feels very well constructed and balanced .The quality of the materials utilised is of a very high quality marble coupled with an alloy and applied to high quality leather indicates a high level of attention applied whilst manufacturing this watch stand. Item has not been delivered after almost one month since purchase. It took them 3 weeks to provide a tracking number that sat on the UPS warehouse for a week and then sent back to them. The chat support tries to be helpful but no tangible progress was completed. I have purchased this same product in the past with no issues. This is not how you do business.
